C028 unable to connect to siebel gateway name server

 

1. 拷贝SIEBEL_ROOT/siebsrvr/IVSE.LIC to SIEBEL_ROOT/gtwysrvr/ (这个不确定是否真正原因)

2. 打开 gateway.cfg文件在目录$SIEBEL_ROOT/gtwysrvr/bin下，检查配置是否正确

ConnectString

TableOwner
GatewayAddress
EntepriseServer

3、 验证ODBC是否正确，使用语句

odbcsql /s sia811_DSN /u sadmin /p sadmin

/s = the source ODBC DSN (the Siebel ConnectString parameter) for the database connection.

/u = the user ID.
/p = the password.

如果连接成功执行第4步

4. 重起 Gateway server ,配置Siebel Server
